# How to Deploy an HTML, CSS and JavaScript Website

A static website can be deployed by uploading its files to the domain's document root.

## Deploy

1. Prepare the production files locally.
2. Ensure the entry file is index.html.
3. Log in to DirectAdmin and open File Manager.
4. Open public_html.
5. Upload and extract the files.
6. Check relative paths and filename letter case.
7. Issue SSL and test every page and form.

## Client-Side Forms

Static HTML cannot send email by itself. Use a secure form service or server-side handler with validation and spam protection.
