# How to Set Up Email in the Gmail Mobile App

The Gmail app can manage a non-Gmail business mailbox using IMAP and SMTP.

## Add the Mailbox

1. Open Gmail and select your profile icon.
2. Choose Add another account.
3. Select Other.
4. Enter the full business email address.
5. Choose IMAP.
6. Enter the password, incoming server and port.
7. Enter the outgoing server and enable sign-in.
8. Complete the account options.

## Sending Identity

Check that the From address displays the business mailbox and not a personal Gmail address.
