Renewing before expiry protects your website, email and brand from interruption.
Renew Online #
- Log in to your Vertico account.
- Open Domains.
- Select the domain.
- Choose Renew.
- Review and pay the renewal invoice.
Renew Early #
You do not lose the remaining registration period by renewing early. Early renewal reduces the risk of payment, registry or approval delays.
After Expiry #
Important: An expired domain may stop resolving, causing website and email downtime. Recovery may cost more or may not be possible.
Need Help? #
If you still need assistance, open a support ticket through your Vertico client account and include the affected domain or email address, a screenshot of the error, and the approximate time the problem occurred. Never send passwords by email or support ticket.
