Steps to add an IMAP account:
Open: the Outlook mobile app on your Android or iOS device.

Enter: your full email address and tap Continue.
Choose: IMAP from the list of providers.
Toggle on: the Advanced settings option to manually enter server details.
Enter your IMAP/POP3 Incoming Mail Server: settings, including the host name (e.g., mail.vertico.co.zw) and port number (e.g., 993 for IMAP with SSL/TLS).
Enter your SMTP Outgoing Mail Server: settings, including the host name (e.g., smtp.vertico.co.zw) and port number (e.g., 465 SSL/TLS).
Provide: your email password for both the incoming and outgoing mail sections.
Tap: the checkmark or Sign In button to complete the configuration.
