Reset the password through the login screen, database or command line depending on available access.
Use Lost Password #
- Open the WordPress login page.
- Select Lost your password?
- Enter the administrator email or username.
- Open the reset message.
- Create a new strong password.
If Email Does Not Work #
An authorised administrator or developer can reset the account through the database or command line. Create a backup before direct database changes.

If you still need assistance, open a support ticket through your Vertico client account and include the affected domain or email address, a screenshot of the error, and the approximate time the problem occurred. Never send passwords by email or support ticket.
