Check Usage #
- Log in to DirectAdmin.
- Open account statistics or usage.
- Review disk space, bandwidth, email and database usage.
- Use File Manager or mailbox statistics to locate large items.
Common Space Consumers #
- Old backups.
- Large email attachments.
- Website cache files.
- Error logs.
- Staging copies.
- Unused installation archives.
Before Deleting #
Confirm that files are no longer needed and keep an external backup of important business data.
