The Gmail app can manage a non-Gmail business mailbox using IMAP and SMTP.
Add the Mailbox #
- Open Gmail and select your profile icon.
- Choose Add another account.
- Select Other.
- Enter the full business email address.
- Choose IMAP.
- Enter the password, incoming server and port.
- Enter the outgoing server and enable sign-in.
- Complete the account options.
Sending Identity #
Check that the From address displays the business mailbox and not a personal Gmail address.
